What did your gym class look like? Probably not much like this one! Physical education teachers at King Arts Lab School in Evanston, Ill. are leveraging technology to completely transform their classes. They’re using apps to help track and monitor students’ performance using heart rate monitors. This allows for more personalization and easy goal setting for each individual student. These teachers are using the measurements as a learning tool to help their kids understand their own personal fitness needs and goals.
